• We will then provide the client with a quote for the cost of their project via email.

• 2 Revisions of project proof (charges will apply for any additional updates)

• Once your project has started, there are no refunds. No project will begin before the payment.

• If your project has not started after 2 months, and contact has not been made, your payment is forfeited and will NOT be refunded.

• Please note for expedited projects there are additional fees involved and all payments must be made upfront. These are OUR guidelines, not yours. Thank you for understanding!
